Play Smarter With Advanced Industry Technology

About Us

Performance Center

The Golf Performance Center is the epicenter of our world-class instruction program. Led by award-winning professional, Bob Usher, the Center offers lessons and clinics and features state-of-the-art player technology and equipment services.

Golf practice and player development have evolved substantially over the years in the way of technology. Radar technology (also called a portable golf launch monitor or swing analyzer) has quickly become an integral part of golf instruction. Our four bays are equipped with V1 Coaching Software, TrackMan and FlightScope launch monitors which provide the ability to map the progression of your swing, the trajectory of your ball, smash factor, angle of descent, and more. Our team of certified, professional instructors are on site to guide you through this technology during your lessons or clinics.

The Performance Center also includes two pitching greens, a chipping green and a bunker short game area to work on chips and greenside bunker shots.

The Grey Oaks Golf Shop offers a wide range of club services including re-gripping, adjusting lofts and lies and re-shafting. Our professionals will work with you to select correct grip size and style. Availability and stock subject to change, but if we don't have it in-stock, we will do our best to get it for you immediately on special order.

We stock an extensive line of grips for clubs and putters in a variety textures, colors and sizes: standard, over-size, under-size and arthritic/jumbo. There is nothing better than a new set of grips to make your clubs feel brand new again! Golf grips should be replaced at least once annually at the beginning of the golf season. If you play a lot of golf you may find the need to replace grips twice a year.

One question we receive frequently is "Why get fitted for a new set of golf clubs?" There is no substitute for a good golf swing, but golfers can make it easier on themselves by choosing clubs that are geared to their handicap and swing style.

Our experienced PGA Golf Professionals use the TaylorMade, Ping, Callaway, and Titleist Fitting Cart Programs to provide you with the broadest range of club specifications available today. Other equipment manufacturers available include Cobra, PXG, Honma, Srixon, Cleveland and XXIO. A full fitting encompasses four areas: driver, long game, iron, and wedge fitting. Individually each fitting process should last about an hour.

Demo Days are a great opportunity to try out different clubs from different vendors. During the season, we feature several demo days by vendors such as TaylorMade, Ping, Callaway, Titleist, Cobra, PXG, Mizuno, Srixon, Cleveland, and XXIO.

Demo Day dates and times will be communicated so you can take full advantage of these opportunities!
