Jim has over 25 years of country club experience. He began his career as a seasonal employee, steadily moving through the Club business and into the management ranks. Jim has a wealth of experience in golf course renovations, new golf course construction, clubhouse renovations, membership recruitment, fitness construction and development, tennis development, food and beverage operations, human resource management, and staff development.  Grey Oaks has nearly 300 staff members at peak season including 50 H2B visa employees.

Additionally, Jim is a Certified Club Manager with the Club Managers Association of America, a Golf Course Superintendent member, a Professional Golfers Association member and holds a Florida Community Association Manager license. Jim manages the Club and both property associations at Grey Oaks.  Married to wife Ruby and the father of two children, Brittany and Robert Bradley, his education includes an undergraduate degree in chemistry and a MBA in real estate development and finance.

Previous to joining Grey Oaks, Jim oversaw a club's transition from a developer-owned entity to a member-owned club and was part of the transitional team from developer to member controlled. Jim worked for a member controlled Club in Southwest Florida for 10 years before coming to Grey Oaks.  

His professional accomplishments include being named McMahon nominee for Club Manager of the Year twice, a Board Room magazine manager of the year, and a frequent writer in numerous Club publications. Jim serves on the Board of the Hospitality program at Florida Gulf Coast University in Ft. Myers, has taught at both FGCU and Edison State College, has served on the ULI Executive Board, the CBIA Board, and as the Allied Association chairman for the CMAA of Florida.

One of 10 children, Ann Marie was born and raised in Collier County. She started her career with the Barron Collier Company in 1991 at the Corporate Office as an Administrative/Sales Assistant for the Real Estate/Membership Department. In 1994 she was named Director of Membership at Grey Oaks.

She keeps her real estate license current just for the times when she has a free minute and may need it. As she likes to say, "you never know!" She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Karl was raised by Karl and Dorothy Bublitz in St. Clair, Michigan.  He started in the golf business at the Moors Golf Club in Portage, Michigan in 1989.  Karl has been a Class-A member of the PGA since 1995. 

Professionally has been the Head Golf Professional and Director of Operations at Lake Wissota Golf Club in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin as well as at Southern Hills Golf Club in Farmington, Minnesota.  During that time he met his wife Jennifer and they were married in 1998.  They have two children:  Madison, 10 years & Charlie, 6 years.  Karl is a devoted family man and very active in the PGA of America.  Karl is currently the Chairman for the South Florida PGA's Member Outreach Committee.  Recently, Karl was recognized by his peers as Southwest Florida's PGA Professional of the Year.

Karl was also the Director of Golf at Shadow Wood Country Club in Bonita Springs, Florida for 4 1/2 years.  After which he took the General Manager's position at Railside Golf Club in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Eventually, working his way back to Florida and securing his current position as the Director of Golf at Grey Oaks Country Club.

Scott is a native of Connecticut and has been a lifelong food and beverage professional. He received his formal training at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.

Prior to joining Grey Oaks, he held positions at Pinehurst Golf and Tennis Resort in Pinehurst, NC; Grenelefe Golf and Tennis Resort in Grenelefe, FL; Wintergreen Resort in Wintergreen, VA; The Fort Magruder Inn in Williamsburg, VA; and the Marriott Corporation Resort Division.

Married and the father of 16 year-old daughter, Bailey, he enjoys boating, fishing, oil on canvas and acrylic painting, landscaping, motorcycles, and pro football. especially the New York Giants.

Born in Lima, Peru, now a Naturalized American, Fernando is a former Number 1 player and captain for the Peruvian Davis Cup Team. He has played professional tennis for 8 years in the ATP Tennis Circuit and was among the top 150 players in the world in both singles and doubles. He competed in Wimbledon, The French Open and The U.S. Open.  After the Professional Tour he directed his own tennis academy in Lima Peru, and worked as a tennis coach at Tennisport in New York City.  He moved to Naples in 1994 and has been with Grey Oaks ever since.

A graduate of Clemson University where he was number one in singles and doubles and partnered with Steve Vaughan, got his bachelor's degree in economics, he is fluent in Spanish, English and French. He is married to wife Paulina, and they have two daughters, Tania, 21, and Natalia, 17.

Originally from New Haven, Connecticut, Glen graduated from The University of New Haven in Connecticut with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Glen took an early retirement from the electrical utility industry in Connecticut after 14 years of service. He joined Grey Oaks Country Club 6 years ago and has held various responsibilities in our Golf Maintenance department and for the past 2 years has held the position of Facilities Manager. Glen's responsibilities include operations in both clubhouses as well as management of other buildings on campus.

Glen has been married to his wife Michele for 19 years and has two wonderful sons, Christian and Glen Jr. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family at the beach and at his sons sporting events. Glen is also an active member of St. Leo's Catholic Church in Bonita Springs.

Originally from Fairfax, VA, Kathy graduated from the University of North Carolina/Wilmington in 1992 with a bachelor's degree in recreation and tourism management.

She has worked at various country clubs in Naples for the past five years. During this time she gained valuable experience as a key team member who helped open and establish a new Naples country club, starting as activities director before being named assistant club manager. She also gained valuable experience working in catering, member event planning, spa and fitness services, marketing, membership sales, and food and beverage services.

Steve grew up in Greensboro, NC and attended Clemson University. He moved to Naples in 1984 and joined Grey Oaks Country Club as the Director of Tennis in 1994.

Some of Steve's responsibilities include private member lessons and team clinics as well as overseeing a team of five staff members. Steve and his staff provide expert guidance in the areas of purchasing new racquets, as well as racquet re-stringing and re-gripping. Included in the variety of lines of clothing and accessories are Penn, Wilson, Adidas and Jamie Sadoch. He has two children; a son who resides in Fort Myers,FL and a daughter that is currently in school in Miami, FL.

Originally from Cortland, New York, Rory moved to Florida in 1990. He spent five years learning golf course operations at the Bayou/Bardmoor Golf Club and World Woods Golf Club before attending Lake City Community College, where in 1998 he graduated with and AS Degree in Golf Course Management. Upon graduating he re-located to Fort Myers and was involved in the construction of Shadow Wood Country Club before arriving at Grey Oaks Country Club in February of 2002.

David is originally from the Sebring, Florida area, but has lived in Southwest Florida now for about 13 years. He has been in the golf course maintenance business for nearly 17 years. David first came to Grey Oaks 10 years ago as the grow-in Superintendent at the Estuary and before that worked at Shadow Wood Country Club at The Brooks completing the grow-in of Shadow Wood’s North Course. David is a Class-A member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America and a member of the Florida Turfgrass Association.

David has been married to his wife Cristina for nine years and they have two wonderful children, Natalie, 3 ½ years and Nathan, 1 ½ years. David enjoys spending time with family whenever he has the opportunity. They enjoy traveling, cruises, snow skiing, water skiing, and camping.

Lorianne came to Naples from New Jersey and has lived in what she considers to be paradise since 1990. She began her career with the Barron Collier Company as an accountant and was then promoted to Controller at Grey Oaks.

She hopes Grey Oaks members all enjoy the club and spectacular surroundings as much as she does when she comes to work each day.

Leslie joined Grey Oaks in 1999. She is the chairperson of the Grey Oaks Safety Committee, nationally recognized as a Professional in Human Resources and is a Certified Employment Law Specialist through Columbia Southern University. Her primary role is to recruit candidates who believe Grey Oaks is a premier employer and help them strive for career excellence.

She also facilitates the translation of English to Spanish for employees, develops or administers company policies and procedures, and provides support to the management team in the areas of personnel issues as well as state and federal employment regulations.

Additionally, she leads investigations on harassment or work place injuries, resolves grievances, coaches, counsels, and conducts training sessions on Human Resource related topics. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Employment Management Association, and the American Payroll Association.

Born and raised in Toledo, OH, Debbie is the Grey Oaks Clubhouse Manager. Debbie attended the University of Toledo where she majored in education and developed a fascination for the service industry while attending school.

Debbie began her career in the hospitality industry in 1969 working in multi-unit restaurants and continued with hotel restaurant administration, corporate training and development. Since relocating to Florida in 1980, she has held Food and Beverage Management positions at several private clubs in the Ft. Myers area. Debbie was involved with complete Club renovations, Member acquisitions and new Club openings prior to joining Grey Oaks in 2002.

Originally from Plymouth, Massachusetts, Kevin moved to Naples, Florida in 1990. He worked at the Registry Resort 10 years prior to becoming the Assistant General Manager of Fisher Island Club in Miami. In 2001, Kevin became the Director of Food and Beverage at the Bonita Bay Club. Most recently, Kevin was in charge of Food and Beverage Operations at the Naples Philharmonic Center for the Arts.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University and has earned certifications from the American Hotel & Lodging Association and National Restaurant Association. In 2004, he became a licensed Florida Community Association Manager.

Kevin has been married for 30 years to his wife Diana and has two wonderful adult sons. Benjamin and Joseph also enjoy careers as Club Food and Beverage Managers in Naples.

Les graduated from Warner University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Biology.

Before Grey Oaks, Les worked as director of fitness for Florida Hospital in Sebring in their cardiac rehab, post rehab, and wellness center. There he helped the Hospital and Highlands Ridge Country Club in a joint venture. It was the first of its kind with Golf and Exercise being at the forefront and wellness a top priority.

After relocating to Naples in 2005, he joined the Grey Oaks family as a Personal Trainer. He helped incorporate the golf and fitness program, which enhances the golfer’s game and healthy lifestyle. In 2010, he became the Director of Fitness at Grey Oaks, in which he is responsible for two state of the art facilities and its staff.

Les holds certifications from American College of Sports Medicine as well as Titleist Performance Institute in Golf Fitness. He is married to Melanie and has two children Madison and Caleb.
